Dividend Policy<\/h2>\n<div class=\"c-wysiwyg\">\n<p class=\"mt12\">One of our management priorities is to share profits with all our shareholders. Our basic policy is to aim for a payout ratio of 30% while taking into account our business development and changes in the future business strategies, and going forward we will strive to provide stable and continuous dividends.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mt12\">In terms of our shareholder return policy,\n<ul>\n<li>(1) Capcom will enhance its corporate value through investment and growth;<\/li>\n<li>(2) the Company will aim for payout ratio of 30%, and going forward strive to provide stable and continuous dividends.<\/li>\n<li>(3) we will raise earnings per share through share buybacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"mt12\">Our surplus dividend is basically paid twice a year, that is, at the end of mid-term and fiscal year. Dividend payment amount is decided by a competent corporate body, which is the board of directors for the mid-term, and during the shareholders meeting for the fiscal year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-ttl-middleBlock\">\n<h2 class=\"c-ttl-middle\">2. Shareholder Benefits<\/h2>\n<div class=\"c-wysiwyg\">\n<p>Capcom does not currently offer shareholder benefits.<br>\nOur basic principle is to share our profits with our shareholders via dividends.<br>\nAlso, for the sake of the majority overseas shareholders who are more likely to be unable to enjoy the benefits of a shareholders&#8217; hospitality program, we do not have plans to implement such a program yet in order to be fair to all of our shareholders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-ttl-middleBlock\">\n<h2 class=\"c-ttl-middle\">3.
