Capcom Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("the Capcom Group") announces the following change in representative director (additional appointment) and personnel changes, resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today and based on a request for deliberation and recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n

1. Change in Representative Director (Additional Appointment)<\/h5>\n\n

\u2460 Reasons for change<\/p>\n

The Capcom Group has additionally appointed one representative director and adopted a three-person system of representative directors in order to strengthen upper management and further drive the Capcom Group\u2019s human resources investment strategy, while aiming to bolster and enhance the Group\u2019s management structure to more rapidly adapt to environmental changes in its business and foster agile management decision making.<\/p>\n\n

With this, the Capcom Group aims for sustainable growth, enhanced corporate value, and more robust corporate governance.<\/p>\n\n

The above three representative directors are planned to be candidates for this appointment at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2024 at the closing of which the term of office for all three Directors (excluding Directors who are members of the Audit and Supervisory Committee) is set to expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
