Capcom Co., Ltd. (the Company) announces the following change in directors resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today and based on a request for deliberation and recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.<\/p>\n\n

The official decision regarding this change will be made following approval at the 45th<\/sup> Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held on June 20, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n

Change in directors (as of June 20, 2024)<\/p>\n\n

1.\tCandidates for appointment as a new director<\/p>\n\n\n
