The reason to repurchase treasury stock<\/h4>\n<p class=\"mT10\">Capcom has decided to purchase the Company&#8217;s own shares as described below to enable the Company to flexibly implement capital policies in accordance with changes in the business environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"mT35\">2.
